AlmostNordic.com is based on modern and traditional Nordic Food traditions. So even though the minimalistic and inspiration from nature’s resources are very strong inspirational elements in our recipes the modern nordic kitchen has a good portion of inspiration from especially the German, Italian, French, and Arabic kitchen as well.
