1 ¼ pound ground beef
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Small and diced 1 onion
Diced 1 green bell pepper
Tomato puree 1 cup
Ketchup cup
Water cup
Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
Cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Prepared mustard 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon
Celery seed ¼ teaspoon
Pepper and salt
Pinch ground cloves
Hamburger buns


  1. Heat oil in a skillet
  2. Add ground beef, and cook until the meat breaks down with a spatula

  4. Add bell pepper and onion when the meat becomes brown
