  • 3-5 drops red food color

  • First, grab 4 cups of ice cubes and place them in a blender. Pour in about ¼ cup of milk, put the lid on, and pulse until the ice is crushed at the bottom. Gradually add the remaining milk while continuing to pulse until all the ice pieces are finely crushed. Pro-tip: use a spoon to move the ice around for easier crushing.
  • Next, it’s time to add some flavor! Add 4 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder, ½ cup of washed brown sugar, 3-5 drops of banana essence, and 3-5 drops of red food color to the blender. Mix everything together using a spoon, then put the lid back on and pulse until everything is well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
