Chicken Tikka Masala – Whether the recipe on Chicken Tikka Masala origins from India or from Scotland is uncertain, but it certainly has a lot of Indian inspiration. Chicken Tikka Masala is made out of Chicken, Garam Masala, and rice, and it is a great pot-pouri of flavors from spices and ingredients.

Chili con Carne – Directly translated Chili con Carne means Chili with Meat. A lot of people serve chili con carne with rice or tacos as well but the naked recipe is just chili con carne. Here you get one of my favorite Latin American recipes on chili con carne.

Coq au Vin – If you translate coq au vin directly to English from French then it means Rooster in Wine. That name is quite fitting because that is exactly what coq au vin is. Here you get the French recipe for coq au vin.

Cordon Bleu – This recipe origins from France and if directly translated Cordon Bleu means Blue Ribbon. Cordon bleu is crispy on the outside and a tasty and juicy piece of meat on the inside. Here you get the recipe on Cordon Bleu that you will use again and again forever.

Dyrlægens Natmad – This is a very Danish recipe – Almost as Danish as it can be. Dyrlægens natmad is a part of the smørrebrød-tradition, which are open-faced sandwiches normally based on dark rye bread called rugbrød, and special variants of liver pate called leverpostej and salty sliced beef. Directly translated Dyrlægens natmad mean The Veterinarian’s Nightsnack, and despite the name, it is a part of the traditional Danish lunch traditions.
